Shipping Charges

Each wine is shipped directly from the winery. When ordering from multiple producers you will receive multiple boxes and the appropriate shipping charges will apply on each order.

Approved Shipping States

When you order wine on, you’re ordering directly from a winery. Each winery chooses where it ships. Approved states for shipping are:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Connecticut
  • District of Columbia (D.C)
  • Florida
  • Idaho
  • Illinois
  • Iowa
  • Maryland
  • Nebraska
  • Nevada
  • North Carolina
  • Oregon
  • South Carolina
  • Washington
  • Wyoming

In the case that a winery does not have shipping approval to one of the states listed, you will receive a full credit for your order.

Shipment Delays Due to Weather

Wine shipments may be held for up to 30 days if the weather is not suitable for shipment (typically when the temperature is below 45°F or above 85°F). In the event of a weather hold, the seller will contact you regarding the delay. You can also contact the seller from your email confirmation. In some cases, you may be able to select an expedited shipping method to avoid a shipment hold due to weather. If the weather is not likely to be suitable to ship your wine within 30 days, the seller may reject or cancel the order.

Adult Signature Required for Delivery

The signature of an adult 21 years of age or older is required at delivery.
