You can order the award-winning wines with Northwest Cellars label or with a custom–designed label for an additional onetime setup fee of $85.00. Meet the Founder, Bob Delf

In addition to being a wine lover, Bob is a musician and an experienced business leader. He has worked in the software industry for more than 30 years, 20 of those as CEO of three different companies. The companies\’ products addressed different markets, and had one thing in common: they all became dominant leaders in their markets.

Bob\’s exposure to the wine industry started at an early age. His father\’s company, The Delf Group, has been a successful wine importer and distributor for Western Canada for more than 20 years. For the past 20 years, Bob has made regular visits to Napa Valley and is a member of numerous wine clubs and mailing lists from more than 30 wineries. Italy is also a favorite destination, and Bob\’s cellar contains lots of big super Tuscan wines, as well as great reds from Washington, California, Australia, and France. Bob holds a B.S. degree in pure mathematics and computer science from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada; and an MBA from City University in Seattle.

2009 Adagio White Blend – 68% Sauv Blanc 32% Chardonnay – mouthwatering aromas of lush fruits blend with fragrant flower blossoms and herbal notes. In the mouth the wine boasts tropical and citrus fruit. A smooth initial flavor with a crisp tart finish.

2009 Viognier The lush Viognier is rich with floral aromas and flavors of crushed rose petals, jasmine, honeysuckle and exotic fruits. This wine fills your senses with a fragrant creaminess and balanced acidity.

2009 Chardonnay Hailing from the Wahluke slope this un-oaked Chardonnay still boasts an amazingly robust mouth feel. “Lush aromatics of tropical fruit tempt your senses to discover a rich creaminess, teasing your tongue to play with this liquid gold. The finish is velvety with an adundance of bright fruit flavors.”

2004 Merlot – Excellent from Wine Press NW \”This Merlot from Washington\’s oldest growing region is superb thanks to aromas of black pepper, raspberries, moist earth, black cherries and black olives. The assertive tannins back up the flavors and have us thinking of opening it up with a grilled ribeye.\”

2005 Merlot – This seductive blend first entices with its deep lucious berry color and perfume of fruit, violets and exotic spice. Flavors of juicy dark berry fruits, peppery spice, hints of fig, and a coffee/tea like finish make this wine an exploration of flavor.

2006 Intrigue Red Blend – A blend of 51% Cabernet, 22% Syrah, 18% Pinot Noir, 9% Carmenere. Wine of the year in Sommelier Magazine. The unique blend creates a sexy powerhouse that integrates dark berry fruits, smoky spice and crushed violets.

2007 Coyote Canyon Syrah 100% single vineyard Syrah – This sumptuous Syrah spent 16 months in new French oak and was bottled in February 2009. The aromatic and complex layers of dark berry, spicy pepper and smoky cigar box offer vast texture. The finish of blueberries, smoke and spice reveal a wine with a depth to carry it for years to come.

2007 Walla Walla Cabernet “Dark and toasty, displaying fragrant cassis and violet, mingling with black olive and herbal notes. Invites you to savor the sultry depth of this full-bodied blend of fruit, floral and spice, with a complex and lingering finish.”

2008 Carmenere (SOLD OUT) 100% Carmenere from Phinny Hill Vineyards – The lovely deep ruby colored Carmenere greets you with a bouquet of spice, black currants and plum. It ultimately reveals a sultry sweetness of smoked tobacco, cocoa and a hint of clove.
