Nectar Announces Improved Food Menu

Nectar Tasting Room is excited to announce a brand new food menu! The new menu reflects a commitment to quality ingredients and food that pairs well with our amazing selection of Washington wine. Chef Paloma, of Just a Couple of Moms Catering, has crafted a delicious line up of appetizers and hand tossed pizzas. Chef Paloma and Sous Chef Jessica honed their craft at Gino’s Pizza and Catacombs restaurants. “The new menu is incredible. We are looking forward to sharing some of the unique items and flavors with Spokane,” says owner Josh Wade. “Chef has really knocked it out of the park.”
The full menu is available Friday and Saturday from 4pm-close. The antipasto platter, caprese skewers and artichoke spinach dip are available any time for wine tasting.

A fresh fantastic blend of artisan cubed cheeses, Italian style meats, roasted veggies, hummus, tapenade and caper berries.

Four caprese skewers with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, fresh basil, olive oil and balsamic reduction
Artichoke and spinach dip $7
A unique house recipe of roasted garlic, fresh baby spinach leaves, artichoke hearts and whipped cream cheese baked and topped with Parmesan cheese. Served with house made bread

Wedge Caesar salad $7
Fresh romaine heart drizzled in a crisp Caesar dressing, topped with sliced parmesan cheese and house made croutons. Add chicken for $3

Six medjool dates stuffed with manchego cheese and mango chutney and baked in a crispy bacon wrap.

Fresh caught Pacific Ocean snow crab claws and house cocktail sauce make for a delicious and unique appetizer. Taste the Pacific Northwest with this delightful dish!
Fish and chips on a stick $10
This unique dish will simply catch you off guard! Two skewers, each with four ounces of Pacific Ocean cod, rolled in potatoes and fried to perfection. Served with a cucumber wasabi dressing tossed into a cilantro style coleslaw. Accompanied with a fresh lime wedge and tartar sauce for dipping. Additional skewers for $4.25

Our team has some of the best pizza artists in the Inland Northwest. All pizzas are handcrafted, from scratch dough, only fresh mozzarella and ingredients are allowed in our kitchen! Please choose from the following:
Garden – $10
Signature red sauce with orange, red and yellow bell peppers, red onion, baby spinach leaves, white button mushrooms, roma tomatoes, roasted asparagus and purple cauliflower.
Chicken and bacon – $10
House made white sauce with chicken breast, roasted garlic and beer candied bacon

Fresh Fruit Cobbler a la mode – $8 (for two)
This seasonal dish is a little something we like to tailor depending on the weather. Fresh picked fruit and house a blend of seasonings are blended and baked with an oatmeal and butter crisp topping. Served with vanilla bean ice cream. Please ask your server what the flavor of the week is!
Smores Skillet – $6 (for two)
A fresh take on this campfire classic. Enjoy a melty and gooey blend of chocolate and marshmallows baked in a skillet, served with graham cracker sticks.
