Nectar Tasting Room is proud to welcome Coyote Canyon Winery as the newest winery to the team. Coyote Canyon is an estate winery located in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA (American Viticulture Association). Mike Andrews and his son Jeff farm over 1100 acres of wine grapes with a focus on Italian varieties like Sangiovese, Barbera and Primitivo as well as Spanish varieties like Graciano and Albarino. In addition, Coyote Canyon produces high quality Cabernet, Syrah, Malbec and more. “We are excited to welcome Coyote Canyon to the team, their unique product offering, long standing history in the wine industry and impeccable quality will be a great addition to our other four amazing Washington wineries,” says Josh Wade, owner Nectar Tasting Room.

Coyote Canyon will join Nectar with 15 wines on the menu with prices $18-22 for their white varieties and $25 – $42 for their reds. Winery owners Mike & Martha Andrews and their team will be on site for the first weekend in March. Save the date to be one of the first to enjoy this great new winery to Spokane.

Coyote Canyon has farmed wine grapes for over 20 years and provides grapes to over 25 Washington wineries and has received numerous awards for quality. Coyote Canyon’s winemaker is Justin Michaud. Justin has been working in the industry for 12 years with Kim Crawford, Canoe Ridge, Ash Hollow, Good Ridge and now Coyote Canyon. “We are excited for the opportunity to introduce our wines to Spokane,” says owner and vineyard manager Mike Andrews. “Josh has done a fantastic job working with some great wineries and we are honored to have been selected to be part of the team.”

Coyote Canyon will continue their tasting room operation in the Prosser, WA Vintners Village. If you are ever out tasting wine in the Prosser area, stop by and say, “hi.”
