One of Nectar Tasting Room’s heartiest food flights is Slide into Second. With this flight you get four amazing sliders and a side of potato salad. You get your choice from three types of sliders all made on a fresh house made bun: Beef slider topped with andouille sausage, caramelized onions and blue cheese, beef slider topped with portobello mushroom and apple celery coleslaw or a Philly Cheese steak slider. The potato salad is house made and we often get asked for the recipe. Chef Paloma says it is “top secret.”
Pair the sliders with one of the following, Anelare Columbia Valley Cabernet, Hard Row to Hoe S&M, Northwest Cellars Petit Verdot, Skylite Cellars Walla Walla Cabernet, or Terra Blanca’s Signature Series Batholith blend.
